- Important Notice: Changes to U.S. Import Regulations
Effective August 29th, new U.S. import rules will impact all international shipments. The de minimis threshold—which previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the U.S. duty-free—will be eliminated for all packages, regardless of value or country of origin.
As a result, all shipments to the United States will now be processed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are typically the responsibility of the shipment’s receiver.

Our drivers usually deliver packages between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m..
During peak or holiday seasons, deliveries may arrive even later in the evening.
If your shipment is marked “Out for Delivery” but not delivered the same day, don’t worry — our team will make another delivery attempt on the next business day.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
Check around porches, back doors, garages, or patios — your driver may have placed it out of sight for security.
Ask neighbors or building staff if they received it for you.
If it’s still missing, please contact the sender to begin an investigation or file a claim through KITT Support.
