- Getting started is easy. To activate PayLater, you’ll need a KITT account — complete with your customer ID and billing number, found in your account settings. Once linked, you can choose to bill shipments directly to your account instead of paying upfront.
- Prefer to ship in person? No problem. Visit any KITT Livraison Express store or customer center, show a valid government ID and your account number, and your shipment will be billed to your account for online payment later.
- When booking a shipment through kittlivraisonexpress.com, simply select “Bill to My Account” at checkout. Your charges will be applied automatically — giving you the flexibility to manage payments on your schedule.

No, KITT Livraison Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We can only ship to a valid street address. If a shipper mistakenly enters a P.O. Box address, it may cause delays or additional address correction fees.
To help ensure successful delivery, always include the recipient’s full street address and phone number on the label.
For valuable, thin items like passports, certificates, or personal records, we recommend placing them in a small, durable box for extra protection — rather than a flat envelope.

Unfortunately, KITT Livraison Express cannot deliver to APO or FPO addresses at this time. These military mail services are managed separately through national postal systems.
