KITT Livraison Express – Tracking & Delivery FAQs

If your shipment shows “Delivered” but your customer didn’t receive it, check the delivery note or status update for details on where our driver may have left the package.
We recommend asking the customer to:

  • Check around doors, porches, and secure areas

  • Ask neighbors or building staff if they received it on their behalf

If the package is still missing, please contact KITT Livraison Express Support to start a trace request. We’ll investigate and provide next steps to help resolve the issue quickly.

If your package hasn’t been delivered within 24 hours of the expected delivery time, or if it arrived damaged, you can easily file a claim through your KITT account.

Before filing, please confirm:

  • The package wasn’t placed in an alternate location

  • No one else accepted the package on your behalf

Both senders and receivers can initiate a claim, but we recommend that the shipper submits the report for faster processing.
