Change with Your KITT Account

Already have a KITT account? Simply log in, choose your active shipment, and select “Modify My Delivery” to update your delivery address, date, or location.

Change as a Guest

No account? No problem. Track your shipment and select “Modify My Delivery” to request a one-time passcode sent to your email — giving you instant access to update your delivery details.

Sent something and need to make a change? KITT Livraison Express gives you the flexibility to update or redirect your shipment — even after it’s on its way.

 

Correct Your Delivery Address

Missed a delivery or noticed an address mistake? KITT Livraison Express makes it simple to fix small errors or add missing details to ensure your package reaches you on time.

 

1. Track Your Package

Enter your KITT tracking number to locate your shipment.

2. Click “Correct My Address”

If available, select “Correct My Address” at the top of your tracking page to update your delivery details.

3. Make Your Corrections

You can edit your postal code, add an apartment or suite number, or make other small adjustments to your delivery address.

Can I Put a Hold on My KITT Deliveries?

Yes! KITT Livraison Express offers flexible delivery options so you stay in control — even when you’re away.

In some cases, KITT Livraison Express shippers may limit the ability to modify deliveries. If the sender has restricted delivery changes, you won’t see the option to update or reroute your package.

If your package couldn’t be delivered, you’ll receive a KITT Delivery Notice with instructions to help you locate or reschedule your shipment.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Scan your Delivery Notice or enter your tracking number online to view your package’s current status.

  • Check if your package was delivered to a nearby KITT Pickup Point for convenient collection.

  • If eligible, you can request a hold for your package directly through your KITT tracking page.

⚠️ Please note: Deliveries requiring an Adult Signature must be signed for in person and cannot be rescheduled or redirected online.

Creating a KITT Account is free and gives you greater control over your deliveries. With a KITT account, you can:

  • Reschedule deliveries for a different day

  • Redirect packages to another address

  • Hold shipments for pickup at a KITT location

  • Add delivery instructions for your driver if you’re not home
