Steps to Complete a Batch Shipment

  • Log in to your account and click “Choose File” to upload your shipment file.

  • Review and verify your Ship From address.

  • Choose the appropriate payment method.

  • Select “Process Batch” to print labels for all shipments, or “Preview Batch” to review details prior to printing.

1. Use the Right File Type

2. Keep It Consistent

Make sure all shipments share the same origin address and payment method — you can still ship to different customers.

3. Single Packages Only

Batch import supports single-piece shipments only. Multi-piece orders must be created individually.

FAQ

If your uploaded file includes any formatting or data errors, those shipments won’t be processed automatically. The system will still import your file and display all entries on screen, highlighting the shipments with errors. You can then review, edit, and correct each affected shipment directly before processing.

One of the most frequent issues is missing delimiters. Make sure your import file includes the comma (CSV) or semicolon (SSV) separators — even for optional fields.
Also, remember not to include column headers in your import file.

Yes! You can easily create up to 250 shipments in one go by importing a properly formatted CSV or SSV file using the Batch Shipping feature. The process remains fast, reliable, and unchanged.

The Preview Batch feature allows you to review all shipments before label printing. You can:

  • View shipment details in a list format

  • Correct errors directly on screen

  • Add delivery options such as Weekend Delivery or Hold for Pickup
    There’s no need to edit and re-import the entire file — simply make the necessary changes within your shipping cart and continue processing.
